Urban Design & Construct was appointed to deliver a full bar fit-out for The Quick Brown Fox at their new Manchester location. known for serving some of the finest ales in the North West, the client envisioned a space that reflected their character: rustic, warm, and inviting, with a focus on customer experience.

the project involved both remedial works to the existing building and a full internal and external fit-out. UDC worked closely with the client to transform the premises into a vibrant new venue, using the relocation as an opportunity to translate their brand into a new space. the layout and design were tailored to support the bar’s 24 taps, ensuring both operational efficiency and visual appeal. finishes, materials, and detailing were carefully selected to reflect the desired atmosphere and maintain the brand’s identity.

challenges faced

working within an existing structure required careful attention to inherited conditions and existing services. remedial works were carried out to ensure the space was safe, functional, and ready to accommodate the full fit-out. coordinating works in a tight timeframe ahead of the client’s opening date required close collaboration with suppliers and trades.
